Hi All,
I have applied for a I94 Extension ( I94 expired already) and i had received an RFE on the extension request. I would like experts opinion on what is the expectation from the scrutinize. I work in an IT firm and its almost 90% of cases face rejection when applied for an extension.
1) All my queries are based on my work experience. My work experience is real however doesnot have a unique/specialized skill. In this case, how should i project my reply to their questions on my role.
2) Any one who has cleared a RFE, pls give your advise / questions too..
3) Pls give some general points that i should keep in mind while formulating my response document.
