I am currently in US with L1B Extension. I am planning to Visit India for Vacation next month. How the L1B individual stamping goes these days. I am afraid it may reject stating no specialized skill after approval from UCSIS. What is the success rate these days. I Know its Very General but any advice will help me to make a decision.Thanks for Your time in advance.

There have been successful cases of stamping, it all depends upon the documentation and your own self confidence on your eligibility for L1B.
