I129 Approved then immediately Reopened

Dear All,

I have applied for an L1 visa in May 2013 and I received the approval notice in July. With the approval notice I received a second notice which said that my case is reopened. Do you have any idea how long does it take from now to get my visa? Can they still deny or is it approved?

my online status is: On July xx, 2013, we mailed you a notice informing you that your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER, was reopened. If you have not received the notice within 30 days of the date above, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER, was reopened.

hi all

I have applied for an H1B visa in APril 2013 and It went RFE in July again replied to RFE. Now my latest status is post decision activity.which they said that my case is reopened. Do you guys have any idea what is this status ? Is there anything i need to worry? I am worried please help me to understand this. Thanks in advance.

Has your employer received the notice? It will state the reason for reopening and any request for evidence.
