I appeared for my L1B-Blanket on the 16th in Chennai and got Rejected 
The reason marked "visa not clearly approvable"
The VO said that this is a 3rd party tool hence this is not approveable, and said he hopes i understand why i am being rejected (was he looking for me to convince him? i did not try)
My questions are:
What are the chances of approval for the individual petition ?
Does the fact that my specialization lie on a 3rd party and not in-house tool disqualify me? ( which means i should not waste time on L1B Individual)
Would another attempt with better explanation of how i am a rare skilled resource on a 3rd party tool possibly help ?
Would there be a note in their records that rejected due to 3rd party-tool ? ( this may cause another red-flag rejection)
Can i file again based on another proprietary tool ? (would this look suspicious?)
