L1 B Visa expiry and I 94

Hi,

I have L1B Visa which is going to expire on 26/Nov/2013. I am suppose to travel on 7th October 2013 for the first time to the US.

My wife has a L2 dependent visa from July 2013 to July 2016.

My specific queries are given below:

1) Once i enter into the US, i will be issued I94? How long the I 94 is issued for?
2) After my visa expiry, can i stay in the US till the expiry of I 94?
3) Do i or my Company need to apply for any extension or renewal of L1 B Visa after it expires?
4) After the expiry of my L1B Visa, can my wife still travel outside US as she already has L2 visa?
5) Can i or my company apply for renewal or conversion of L1B to H1 B?
6) Are there any other things that i need to take care?

2) After my visa expiry, can i stay in the US till the expiry of I 94? -- Yes
3) Do i or my Company need to apply for any extension or renewal of L1 B Visa after it expires? -- No
4) After the expiry of my L1B Visa, can my wife still travel outside US as she already has L2 visa? -- Yes
5) Can i or my company apply for renewal or conversion of L1B to H1 B? -- Yes
6) Are there any other things that i need to take care? -- No

Can my wife still travel outside US and come back to US even after my Visa expires in November 2013? I hope my visa expiry would not have any impact on my Wife's travel as she has a valid visa till July 2016, even though i am on I-94?
