Hi,
My company has processed my L1B - Individual petetion (for Specialized Knowledge) directly and USCIS has declined my petetion citing the below reasons.
1)The USCIS is not convinced that your job duties in the U.S. requires specialized knowledge requirement
2)The USCIS is not convinced that you have been or will be employed primarily in a specialized knowledge capacity
3)Any use of YYYY X company Process, Frameworks, Methodologies, Tools or Product (Specialized Knowledge) is merely incidental to the job duties and not mandatory to the execution of your project
I think my document may not be sufficient to convince the USCIS or may in incorrect format or just my bad luck.
Now if I prepare perfect docs this time with all the comments and in a month if I for L1 Blanket to the consulate window, Would there be any problems with this USCIS denial or would they consider it as fresh L1B docs and process based on my answers at the window ?
