My Company is Planning to apply L1B for me, the end of this September.

my question here how much time will take to get approval from US government.

my question here how much time will take to get approval from US government.

No one can predict. If no RFE then probably within 45-60 Days, if RFE then can take upto a year based upon the RFE and your ability to respond to the same.

If filed in premium, without RFE, 15 days. If RFE then it depends upon the RFE and your ability to respond to the same.
