    L1A visa stamping

    Hi,

    My L1A premium petition was filed on Aug 24th and I got an RFE on 5th Sep. I have an H4 valid till Dec 2013.

    Can i submit the RFE documents to my current employer, get my L1A petition approved, then travel to USA on H4 visa and attend L1A stamping interview in Canada ?
