So, I work for company from US, that's planning to obtain L1-A visa for me, but my concern here is possible time lost,
because from my perspective it sounds like it's low chance, I'll be granted L1-A with this company, and I'll have chance to
apply for H1B soon, so this is why I think it's low possibility that I'll be granted L1-A, and would like to hear if I'm wrong
about something and facts below are not true:
* I know that 1yr continous work aborad is requirement, I have 13 months, but sounds on forum that most applicants have couple of years at least
* I don't have master's degree, have Bachelor's and less than (provable) 3yr experience
* Company in US has good revenue (> 1M) and exists since 2008, but NO full time employees. There are two persons working for the
company, but through their agencies, and I would not manage them, they are above me in company heirarchy
* Serbian company as well does business through agencies, so there is only 3-4 full time employees here, that I would 'manage'
(I manage larger number actually as a Technical lead / Solution architect, but 'not on the paper'). These 3-4 full time employees
are INTERNs, and thus are not at senior level (<1 year experience)
So, company already hired immigration attorney that's preparing application, but because things said above, sounds to me
that application would be rejected easily, specially that I would be first full time employee
