I hoping to get some quick answers, Could you please let me know, if salary of 48,000 USD is good enough for L1-B visa?. also if you could let me know, if anyone has got approval on this salary in the past?.

I would say take the offer rather than be greedy and lose whatever opportunity you're getting.
