Hello everybody,
I'm here because I think my husband and I made a mistake while filling in the DS-160 form. At the question "intended length of stay" we answered 4 years because we though about really staying there 4 years, but we noticed later that the L1 and L2 visa are usually delivered for 5 years.
Do you think it would be a problem (maybe it can seem suspect for the embassy ?) Do we have to fill another DS-160 form to change it ?
We don't have the copy of the I-129 petition filled by the company (they didn't send it to us) so we don't know the duration they asked for.
