L1-Blanket VISA Rejection

Dear Forum Members,

Yesterday, my L1-Blanket visa was rejected and they asked me to check with my company if I can apply with other VISA.

I need your feedback and suggestion on:

1. Which is next best VISA should I must try applying which gets processed immediately (L1 - NonBlanket or L1-A)
2. Are there any pre-requisites before I can apply for above of any VISA.
3. Applying for any of above VISA, is there still risk of rejection.

1. L1 Individual or H1.
2. For L1A one should be Manager/Executive.
3. Yes risk of rejecton is there with any visa type.
