L1B Blanket - Mismatch in Name in Passport ,DS-160 and I-129S

Visa Type: L1B Blanket

In my passport Given Name is YYYY YYY and surname is blank
and everywhere including I-129s and DS-160 I have filled like Give Name YYYY and surname as YYY
I havn't scheduled any appointments yet.

Will this cause any issues in OFC and Visa Interview.
Any Help/Suggestion would be really appreciated.
