Can my wife gets L2 VISA if she is working in same company in India?

Hello All,

Currently I got my L1 VISA approved and i am in USA. I want my wife to get L2 VISA.

My wife is also working in the same company as that of mine, but she is in india.

Now my question is, will there be any difficulty for getting her L2 VISA because we both are working for same company?

Note that, before applying VISA she will leave her job.

Request you to guide me in this situation or suggest me how should i process in this case.

L2 is dependent on L1 validity so I dont see any issues. As long as L1 is valid her job in same company shouldn't negatively impact her chances of getting an L2.
