Hi My L1A visa expired on 03-04-2013 and Have valid I94 till 19-Dec 2015. currently my family is India and need to travel. Please suggest possible options.

Who needs to travel? And to Where?

If you need to travel to Indian and return , then yes you would need to go for fresh stamping.

If your family need to travel to US and they dont have a valid L2 or their L2 has expired then they can attend the L2 interview on the basis of your petition and I-94 and if approved, can travel on their L2. In rare cases, the officer may ask primary petition holder to be also present with them and to renew the L1, in that case you would have to go for stamping too.

Thanks. My Family need to travel to US and they have expired L2. My I29S is also expired and have only I94. Do I need to ask Employer to issue new I129S
