L1 extension or..

Hello,

I got my L1 in november 2004 but I wasn't able to start my business in the US
due to other duties, now I'm facing with an extension where I should prove the business flow, bank statments, contracts, employees, etc. I'm planning to start-up in october/november but it seems to be late a bit for the application.

Any ideas how I could prove that I'm not kidding I just had other stuff to do since now? Or should I apply for a different visa?

Hi,
You have to mention what you did, and it is upto the USCIS to decide whether you qualify for an extension of L1 or not. Maybe you should take the help of some attorney to represent your case convincingly.

Thanks for your replay, unfortunately I cannot mention what I did
as all the documents should be sent to the USCIS and I will not be there to explain. As far as I know they will check these and that's it.

But anyway, I'll see.
