Hi,
My wife is on L2 VISA. Currently, she has an EAD which will exp. on 10/3/2013. I have applied for an extension for her on 6/6/2013. Unfortunately, she till did not get EAD (after 90 days). Today, I saw USCIS is requesting for some more evidence. Based on current scenario if looks hard to get approved EAD before 10/3.
1. Does she has any option to expedite the process? As it is already 90 days over.
2. My L1 VISA will exp in March but she has I-94 till July 14th 2014. What will be the EAD exp. date for her?
