my H1 didnt go through in the lottery process.Now my company is considering appyling L1B for me.Can anyone let me know what will be average salary to expect in L1?What is the minumum salary that needs to be paid as per USCIS?Is it close to H1B salary?

It will be great if anyone can share their salary details which will make me easier to estimate on how much I can save.

Unlike H1 there is no minimum salary defined for L1. It varies from company to company and generally equivalent to H1 salaries but depends much more on company policy check your internal policies.
