L2 status ? Husband travelling to India for a week ?

Am currently on L1A visa. Both me and my wife traveled to US together. Now I need to travel back to India for a week to address some work related issues and would like to know if my wife can stay back in US ? If yes ,will her L2 still be valid ?

Such Short stays of L2 in US without L1 being present in US are fine.
