Hello,
I worked for more than 10 years for the abroad company until Jan-31-2011.
I had a L1 visa and arrived to US on Feb-7-2011 and did not filed for an extension, since then I've been with a F2 visa and haven't go back nor work in my country of origin.
Now 2 years and 9 months have passed, am I still able to file for a second time L1 visa?
