Reapplying L1B after 10 months of rejection.

Dear experts,

I want to apply for L1B Visa, below is my history in US. Please let me know if I can apply for L1B visa again after 10 months of rejection. Now I am in Canada and applying from here.


2009 March to 2012 March I was on L1 I was in US and then returned back to India without applying for extension.
I applied for L1B Visa in Dec 2012 which was rejected stating clearly not approvable.

i believe you were rejected because of the 1 year abroad requirement... This time should be fine...
