L1 A Visa case status for premium processing

Hi,
Im a new member to this forum.
I had my L1 A blanket rejection in July. Post the rejection, my company applied for L1 A individual under premium processing. My petition was filed last week. On 24-9-2013, the case status changed from Acceptance to Initial review with a message stating "the 15-day Premium Processing clock stopped on your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER ...." . Till today 26-9-2013 (7.33PM IST) the status remains the same. Does that mean I would be receiving an RFE?

Yes, they must have sent an RFE to your employer.
