Hi all,
I know there are many posts addressing the concern of getting L1-A stamped in Canada/Mexico but I thought of sharing my case and seeking advice.
My L1-B has already expired in Feb'13 but I-94 is valid until Dec'2015. My employer filed an L1-A under premium category and it has been approved. Now, with only a valid I-94, is it advisable to got Canada for the L1-A stamping? I understand the risk of not returning back to the US unless my visa is stamped and potential risk of returning back to India from Canada itself, however I am ready to take that risk as the condition in India is even more "unpredictable". Could anyone in the same situation as me share his/her experience and provide details around the documents you need to carry and any preferred location where success rate may be probably higher..
Thanks in advance,
Rahul.
