L1 B Blanket and 221g pink slip

Attended VISA Interview along with my Wife and 2 Sons on Thursday. Interview went on well and in the end he asked me to give one page profile. Since I was not having that, I told I don't have it. He gave me the 221g Pink Slip (Admn Processing) and told to upload all the information given in that slip. Please note that he had kept the passport of self and all 3 dependents. I will upload all the required documents today itself. Can I know what this means.

Is my VISA Approved.
If not approved what is the chance of getting approval.
What is the lead time for getting the same.

What is the time in I can get my Passport Back, with Stamping. I heard that there is NO rejection of VISA when it enters 221g. And the long wait time is because we have not provided the necessary information as required. and then gets abandoned (Post 1 year) if the required information is not given. Till then it is kept on hold
