Urgent! L2 Visa in the same class as previous Visa or not?

Hi,

I came to US in the Class: L2 VISA Annotation: BLANKET which expired in Aug 2013. My L2 extension was approved by USCIS valid until Aug 2015. L2 extension within US is not BLANKET. I'm travelling to India and have to get my L2 Visa stamping.
1) Is my new L2 visa in the same class as my previous visa L2?
2) Is my new L2 visa different because of the Annotation: BLANKET in previous visa?
