  • GC filing for L1B to L1A conversion case

I came to US in Apr 2011 on an L1B and recently (i.e. in Aug 2013) got it convereted to L1A through my company.

Now,is it possible for my company to file for a GC in EB1 category for me ?

If not then what are the options available to me to file for a GC ?

Yes it is possible. If you satisfy the clause " You must have been employed outside the United States in the 3 years preceding the petition for at least 1 year by a firm or corporation and you must be seeking to enter the United States to continue service to that firm or organization. Your employment must have been outside the United States in a managerial or executive capacity and with the same employer, an affiliate, or a subsidiary of the employer.."

This is my opinion not legal advice.
