Query regarding travel being on L1b

Hello Everyone


My situation is that I have relocated to US on L1b 3 months back and now my company wants that I go for an international assignment to another country for 10 months and then come back to US.
My question is : Are there going to be any difficulties for me and my wife( on L2) when we reentry after 10 months to US.

Please help me understand so that I can take an informed decision.

Your spouse cannot stay in US on L2 for long period(unless a valid justification is present) if you are not present in US.

As far as returning, as long as your L1 and spouse's L2 in respective passports is valid you both should not have problem to return.

My wife and I both will be travelling outside US for 12 months and then returning.

I request others also to please guide on this situation of mine.
