    Query on L1B DS 160 lenth of stay in US

    HI All,

    My company had initiated the L1B visa for me and i have scheduled the interview next week. In DS160 i have mentioned the length of stay as 3 years and my BEP letter also has 3 years. Is that be a more chance for rejecting my visa (as L1b will be for short term).

    please share your thoughts.
