L1 while holding an H1

Dear Friends and Experts


I need some help..

I am currently working for Company A .

And Applied for an H1 from Company B which got approved this year.

Now my Company A is willing to apply for L1.

My Question is Will USCIS give L1 when someone is holding H1
If they give L1 are they going to with draw H1 ?

My 2 cents on this is , Since One can hold multiple H1s like doing multiple jobs.
Will USCIS approve L1 while I am holding H1 on the same idea of multiple jobs ..

1) There is nothing negative in having multiple visa applications. H1 after L1. Both are different visas. What is important is, your paperwork backing your visa petition.
2) As regards second visa, they will likely cancel the first visa (H1) when / if they approve your L1.
