Hi,
I had applied for L1B Visa in dec 2012 and due to my bad luck it got rejected, all the petition papers were returned back without any 'slips'.
So, Can any one help me to understand this below visa status, as of today?

Please check our website at for further updates on your case, including the mailing of this notice. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.
