Applying L1 A blanket afer staying in US in L1 B visa - help needed

Hi,

I have been here in US in L1 B visa for last 3 years. Now I want to go back and apply for L1 A blanket from India for the same company immediately.

1. Is it possible to apply fresh L1 A immediately . Are there any rules that prevents applying fresh L1 A immediately after staying in US continuously for 3 years in L1 B.

I believe applying immediately for L1A is a no go...You'll need to stay in India for a year before applying for a L1A visa. Besides, since L1A is for managerial positions, you will also need to prove that you acted as a manager while in India.
