Please needing Help ASAP - Blanket L1B problem - I-94 expiring on 2015 - URGENT
Hello All, I wonder if you may give us a huge help with the following case:
I've been working for the company "A" for 5 years. They transferred me over a company "A.1" which is an internal company. Then, my family and I got transferred in 2012 over America under a Blanket L1B visa.
After 4 months working here in America, my team got transferred back to company "A".
A new group of Attorneys filled up a change of employer from company "A.1" to company "A" and this one got denied by the USCIS.
After that, The company "A.1" told me NOT to come back to work and they will not be able to continue paying me until the issue gets resolved. In the mean time, these new Attorneys started a new blanket L1B visa application process for company "A", but it has been 3 months now waiting with NO payments at all.
The USCIS denied this petition again explaining that I don't qualify as specialized knowledge. But when we first got the previous L1B visa, I was fully qualified. It has been the same job all the time within the companies.
The Attorneys went back to the USCIS asking to have the case reviewed by a supervisor as they claimed the first officer didn't analyzed the case properly, but the supervisor had the same denied decision.
Our I-94 will expire in 2015.
Questions:
1) Does my L1B visa for Company "A.1" still valid? If not, What would be our current status?
2) Can I get another job with different company that would be willing to get me a H1B?
3) Our time frame to stay in the U.S. will be the same as our I-94?
I know this case is quite complicated, but I will appreciate all help.
