l1 visa for 10+3 Diploma holder

Hi,
I have done Diploma in Industrial Electronics 10+3 yrs. I am working as a Team Lead in multinational IT firm since last 6+ yrs. I have total 13 yrs. Of relevant experience in same field. Now my current company want me to go to US under L1 category.

Last year I have visited US in Oct. on B1 visa.

Will there be any issue to get L1 as I am a diploma holder?

Any suggestion Or advice for precautions I should take?

This will really help.

Truly speaking there isnt any educational requirement for L1 qualification. You should rather concentrate on your specialized skills and build the case around that.
