  • Re-apply for initial regular L1A after denial

    Hello all,

I received a denial decision on my regular (not blanket) L1A visa application on the USCIS review step - before even getting an interview(don't know yet the reason because the letter did not arrive yet).
Can we re-apply for a regular L1A visa immediately or is there any "cool down period"?
Can we apply for L1B visa immediately?

Thanks in advance for your answers!

There is no cool down period as such, but if applied shortly after initial rejection the outcome will most likely be same unless you can furnish evidences that the initial application did have missing pieces which could significantly alter the application.

You have to look at reasons why the L1A individual got rejected in the first place. If not L1A then L1B etc, it doesnt work like this. Each visa category has its own criteria and each application is adjudged based on the merits of the case.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
