**URGENT** Need HELP with COS from L1 to go to F1
I am currently on a L1 visa with X employer and my current project has ended. There's high uncertainty about next project; and I am currently on bench (deployable pool) until mid Dec. If there's no suitable project within this timeframe, I will have to quit and get a COS to H4.
I am planning to apply for MBA (spring 2014) , deadline for application is 15Nov.
- I am in a dilemma on which visa should I apply from since L1 is not stable. So would it be better to apply for MBA on H4 vs. L1?
- Can I initiate a COS to H4 while still on L1? If not. how long after I quit my job do I have inorder to get a COS?
- Does it matter while I apply for a F1 visa?
