Hi,

Last year, company has filed H1b for me. But unfortunately, petition was not selected in the lottery.

Now, company is going to file L1b for me. I need to give previously filed L1B or H1B application number.

Is last time filed H1B application considered valid? because it was not selected in the lottery.

Do i need to give that H1b application number for processing L1b?
