Hello,
I will be going for L1 Blanket visa interview, my tentative travel date would be next year June. I have two questions:-
1) I am planning to take my spouse for the dependent L2 filing. My question is - in next 2 months my spouse's company is also planning to file H1 visa for my spouse. So will that H1 processing have any effect if L2 is already stamped on my spouse's passport a) as far as employer is concerned b) as far as consulate is concerned. Will that reduce the chance of getting through H1 B for my spouse.
2) If I don't take my spouse for L2 visa interview right now. And my spouse doesn't get through H1B annual cap as well next year. Will my spouse be able to go for L2 interview, when I am still in India if we want to travel together in june next year.
