L2 visiting USA during L1 extension

I and my daughter are in India with L2 visa (Status "expired" since Oct-2013) and my husband is at USA holding a L1B visa with I-94 extended till Jul-2015.

1. Can we both get our visa's stamped in India for the travel to USA ?

2. If "yes" what all documents are required for this procedure ?
