L1-B Visa extension in RFE status

Our L1-B/L2 visa expired in September 2013 & I-94 expires in April 2014. Applied for L1 extension in July 2013 & is currently in RFE status.

1. whats the chance of L1-B visa extension getting approved these days?
2. After the RFE documents are submitted by the employer (India based MNC), how long does it take to know the decision these days?
3. Upon rejection, whats the maximum duration allowed to leave the country?

1. No one can predict. It varies case to case. If documentation is strong approval will be granted.
2. Again, no one can say, if you want faster processing ask employer to upgrade to premium.
3. Technically none but generally mentioned in the rejection notice, ranges from a week to 10 days.
