My current designation is Senior Manager and my Manger asked me to apply for L1B Visa.

Am I qulalify for L1 B Visa being a specialized skill in my domain.

There is nothing preventing you from using your specialized skill set even if you have a senior manager as designation. You would be evaluated base don your specialized skills rather than executive/managerial ones. So yes, you can be eligible.
