l1 l2 visa change status

I m on l1 and my wife on l2 visa from last 1 year and now after 6 month we need renew its. Can I or my wife change status ? Can we change in student visa or others ? Plz need help soon. Thanks

Your questions are very vague with very little information provided.

Is it L1A/L1B ? Individual or Blanket? When are your I-94s expiring? L1s initially are generally for 3 Years, when did it start when will it end? When did you enter US? Why wont the company file for extension if the 5 Years L1B/7 Years L1A have not completed? Which status are you planning to change to?
