Does L1 Individual denial Impact if I file H1 in Future. Please help me !!!

My Company wants to apply for L1 Individual Visa. All I want to know is there any impact on H1 filing going forward if L1 Individual
is denied for any reasons.

I have 10 years of Experience and Out of that 7 years with same organization.

No impact unless the denial is due to fraud/misrepresentation reasons.

What you may need to plan is that L1 Individual can sometimes take 6 Months for the petition to get approved, if not filed in premium, wheras H1 quota for next year will open on 1st April so you may not get decision of L1 before H1 application acceptance start. If you want H1 if L1 gets denied then you might have to ensure that H1 gets filed on 01-April even if L1 decision hasnt come by then.
