What is the Difference Between L1A, L1 B Blanket and L1 B Individual?

My Organization wants to file L1 Visa for me. But I have a confusion where in I need some quick help.

Type L1 (A) As per my understanding, it is for Manager levels {My Company files this Visa only for Manager level (level 5 or Higher)} I don't fall within this level yet.

Type 2 L1 B as per my understanding have to Categories

Sub Categories are L1 B(Blanket) and L1 B (individual)

L1 B (Blanket): Where no petition is filed to USCIS
L1 B (Individual): Where petition is filed to USCIS.

So my question is is L1 A is different than L1 B ( Blanket and Individual ) ?
What is the Difference Between L1A, L1 B Blanket and L1 B Individual

Please reply as I need this information desperately.
