Hi All,
I have been among the unfortunate lot who could not get their L1B visa approved on 29-Nov-2013. The reason for denial as stated on my returned I129S is 'Not Clearly Approvable'.
The only question that I have is my original BEP letter, I129 support letter were not returned by VO and no slips given. Is it the process that they keep the original BEP and support letter along with I129 &I797 .The CEAC website shows the "Your VISA case is undergoing administrative processing". But the case updated is on 29-Nov. So whether the site gets updated later?
