  • L1 Individual Visa Question

    Hi,

Is it mandatory that my bachelors degree should match with the current work what I do in my company? I am into networking domain since 9+ years and my highest degree is MCA. My bachelors is B.Sc., (Maths, Physics & Chemistry).
To apply L1 individual visa will they consider my graduate or post graduate degree?
As there is an urgent requirement with one of our customer, company is trying to sponsor L1 individual visa in premium processing.

Also Please let me know what would be the success rate of approving visa with 9+ years of experience in IT networking domain?

    Please reply on priority!!

    Regards,
    Praveen.

There are no educational qualifications/experience guidelines provided by USCIS for L1Bs.

They would normally consider how much documentation you can provided proving your specialized skill sets.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
