L1 to H1 Conversion and overlap
Hi,
I lived in US for arround 4.5 years. During my stay my employer applied for my L1 Extension and got that petition approved till Mar 2014.
I came to India on a vacation and I went for L1 stamping and finally I it approved after 4 months of Administrative processing. During that time frame my company transfered me to India.
Also before I leave US my employer applied for H1 transfer due to the Max-Out of L1. While I am in India this H1 petition is also got approved.
L1 Stamped Visa: 18-Oct-2013 to 04-Mar-2013
H1 Petition Approved: 08-Oct-2013 to 07-Oct-2014
Here is my question;
Since I have a valid Stamped L1 visa, can I travel using that?
Or
Should I get my H1 stamped?
