L1 B visa requested & expiry date

My company filed L1 B (Blanket) visa for 3 years. In my approval petiotion , visa requested for three (3) years. But when I went for interview in consulate, VISA approved and printed for 1 year in passport. Now 1 year completed last month. If I want to travel to USA now , how do I proceed. Do my company need to apply fresh L1 or is there any way to renew. Please advice

Your Visa Has Expired

As you did not travel with in one year, your Visa got expired. Your employer has to apply for Fresh Visa. You can not travel on the same Visa.
