I am working with a US based multinational product company as Director Program Management. I have 2 direct reports in USA & 13 reports in India. I want to know the chances of the approval & what are the standard question that VO asks.

Its very difficult to say based on these point alone. Its a combination of experience, company profile, your position in the org chart, your experience with the client, duration, whom you reporting to, whats the level of people reporting to you, your supervisory authority over them, your work profile, to name a few.
