L1A VISA Extension - Title change any impact to extension

I had got my L1A field as Project Manager. Now my I-94 is expiring in Feb, I am due for extension. As the current title has changed - Non Managerial title, will it impact my L1A visa Extension. Though my roles and responsibilities remain that of manager. Is the USICS mostly concerned with roles and responsibilities or they are going to scurtines the Title also , are there any chance of rejection purely based on the 'Title'.

Why would there be a significant change in your title if there wasnt any change in the underlying role?

Thanks for the quick response. This is something to do with organizational restructure, where the employees have very less control on what is going at high level decision making. Everyone's title have changed. What are the possiblities now to overcome this situation. Looks like very tricky situation. Any supplemental documents if the organization agrees to provide, will help in making the USICS believe that I am performing mgr role?
