Hi,
I was in USA from December 2005 to February 2012 on H1B. I got married in 2010 and my wife was with me on H2B. Then we moved to India and spent more than a year.
Then I got my L1B and moved to USA on June 2013. Now I'd like to bring my wife back to USA on L2B Visa.
I have the following documents with me
1. 3 Copies of G-28, Notice of appearance as Attorney.
2. 3 Copies of I-797 , Copy of Blanket L approval.
3. 2 Copies of stamped I-129S, one copy is kept in Consulate.
I know, my wife's passport, DS-160 Confirmation page, VISA fees, interview appointment letter and marriage certificate are mandatory for VISA interview.
She also required the copy of my I-797 and I-129S.
My questions are
1. Does she needs all 3 copies of I-797 and 2 copies of stamped I-129S or just one copy in each is enough?
2. Does she needs a letter from my employer that describes the relationship with me and the purpose of travel?
3. What other documents she needs apart from the above?
Thanks
Suri
